Eco-Friendly Practices

The process of aluminum vacuum metalizing is environmentally friendly. The vacuum metallization coating process is totally enclosed and byproducts from the metalizing process can be reclaimed or recycled. Our customers send us their products for processing in their own specialized packaging. After Thin-Film Metallization or FIP Gasketing is completed and quality parameters assured, these lots are returned to them using the same packaging in which it was sent. This means that our customers purchase and use half as much packaging as they would otherwise, and they can re-use that packaging for any future lots they send us, which is both cost effective and eco-friendly for them and us.
