We offer a variety of Form-in-Place Gaskets for sealing on plastic enclosures and metal components.

VTI is an independent dispenser of Form-In-Place gaskets. We offer silicone elastomer material from all major FIP producers including Chomerics, Laird Technologies, and Momentive. Moisture or thermal cure materials are available.

VTI’s automated Form-In-Place gasket process provides conductive and non-conductive elastomer sealing for EMI, RFI and environmental applications. We utilize multi-axis CNC dispensing robots to assure gasket repeatability and accuracy.
CNC controlled automated process assures precise, repeatable gasket placement.

EMI/RFI gasket will protect the seam areas of your internal electronic devices from ambient interference and/or controlled radiated omissions. VTI offers the following form-in-place gaskets materials:

  • Silver/Nickel filled silicone elastomer
  • Silver/Aluminum filled silicone elastomer
  • Silver/Copper filled silicone elastomer
  • Nickel/Graphite filled silicone elastomer
