Material Property Chart for Dispensing EMI Shielding and Grounding Gaskets

VTI Vacuum Technologies has the capability to robotically dispense the following list of moisture cure Laird Technologies conductive gasket materials within the Laird Technologies specified limits for each product. We will work with customers to dispense their recommended materials where practical.

Materials can be dispensed on metal or plastic components. Gasket material can be dispensed on flat surfaces, in a groove, in a slot, arc, etc. Gasket samples can be provided upon request. A modest NRE charge may be required for dispensing a cure in place material on a customer sample part.
